Government Construction

         Compucraft has completed a wide range of projects for Federal, state and local government agencies. 

         In recent years, Compucraft has completed several projects for Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia, including the Weapons of Mass Destruction Ready Building, and renovations to the 22nd Air Force Headquarters, the 94th Airlift Wing Headquarters, the NDI Building, the Vehicle Maintenance Facility, and the Consolidated Club. 

          Compucraft has also completed multiple projects for Naval Air Station - Atlanta.  In 1998, Compucraft completed the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters - Whole Barracks Renewal, for which Compucraft was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command in recognition of Compucraft’s exemplary performance.  Compucraft also completed a Fitness Center Addition and replaced the fire suppression system in Hangar 5. 

          Additionally, Compucraft was awarded an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality) contract with the General Services Administration in 2002 and this contract is still in effect.  Compucraft has completed more than twenty projects under this contract, including the construction of Federal Courtrooms in the Richard B. Russell Federal Building, construction of Social Security Administration Offices in the Peachtree Summit Federal Building, Renovations to TSA space at the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, and a 100,000 square foot demolition and abatement project at the historic Elbert P. Tuttle U.S. Court of Appeals Building. 

          Other noteworthy government projects include a 66,000 square foot complete demolition and renovation in the Richard B. Russell Federal Building for the U.S. Department of Justice, and several projects for the Centers for Disease Control including a Specimen Laboratory and Freezer Building 105.
